NEW Good Faith Estimate - 05/06/10 04:00 PM

I've been waiting to go off, and well here I go.
Thank you mr. regulator for creating a good faith estimate that only confuses most of my borrowers and does not really give them what they need to know.. i.e. - total monthly payment and cash required at closing...
I'm spending so much time explaining things over and over to everyone!!
