So we got the call!  Your tour sold my lake house!!
 
It really came as no surprise to us, after all we told him it would happen.  But it's always so much fun to hear the excitement in their voices when we get that call.  I love it!!
 
We shot the tour back in the summer but it didn't get listed until a couple weeks ago because the client had a lot of things to do over the summer.   So after being listed only a couple weeks it was sold, and at $500k  - last I looked we had … (2 comments)

It has for us.
We've been a bit MIA lately, but we're anxious to get back into AR.  We didn't want to take a break, it's just that we've been so busy.
 
Slow market?  Nah, we're not feeling it.  Over the summer we've worked for several hotels, luxury apartment management companies, developers, and some of the most forward thinking Realtors in Northwest Arkansas.  Wow, it's been a ride.  We've heard a lot of people say this year has been their busiest yet, and that's certainly true for us.  We're still pretty busy right now, but we anticipate things slowing down … (4 comments)
