So I studied hard the night before and prepared the materials for the 5 lessons!  I had … (2 comments)

She had to send my daughter to the library.  My daughter wasn't in trouble, but her class was.  See...my daughter has ASD, that is Autistic Spectrum Disorder.  While much improved, she tends to repeat questions that are asked of her as her brain tries to process what people are saying.  It gets a lot worse when she is anxious, and school makes her … (0 comments)

No one WANTS what no one else wants! - 04/10/09 10:35 PM
Helpful words for sellers!  Keep your mouth closed!
Via Diane Testa (Prudential Fox and Roach):
A home buyer was recently looking at a house that they were very interested in. When they went through the homeowners were gracious and although they were home, helped the interested party feel comfortable.
Then the mistake... the sellers, in their frustration with the market conditions in their area, blurt out that they have not had any showings, none, zilch, in the over 6 months that they had their house on the market.
Now, not only is this incredibly a bad idea, but also makes a great point. Seller's … (4 comments)

I ran a Google search for "Ugly Homes" to see what I would pull up, I was surprised to see how many sites have these key words:
Wow!  521,000

if so what was your experience?

Did they give you your price?
Did they make arrangments for closing, getting payoffs etc?

Selling your home?  Here are a few tips to make "showings" less stressful.
Via Marla Schneider - Move with Marla (The Marla Schneider Team):
If you're trying to sell your home, you know the realtor could call for a showing at any time. Luckily for the seller, if the house is well kept, this routine should take about 20 - 30 minutes to complete.
Starting will be easiest in the kitchen. Load the dishwasher, wipe down the stove, the … (0 comments)
