Kevin Kelly, a lender in Phoenix AZ, wrote a great blog post about things to watch out for when purchasing a condo. You can see that blog right here. The state of Maryland through its CDA program gives many first time home buyers a $5000 grant. This teacher also qualified for a "Match Program" through her employer, which gave her an additional $10000. I think she got the the final $3500 through another program. Regardless, she (1 comments)
