Weekday Open House Feedback
As I am wrapping up another weekend of open houses and showing a few properties, I have a question for my real estate professional counterparts as well as prospective clients:  What is your opinion of weekday open houses?  Last I looked, Moses did not command that open houses be held only on the weekend.

Buying a foreclosure property
Here is the best basic information for buying a foreclosure property.  It is a sad reality, but today's market offers buyers a rather large selection of distressed properties.  I feel quite fortunate that Sioux Falls, SD has been fairly insulated from the extreme devaluation of real estate values that other parts of the country have experienced.  With that being said, we have not been immune.  The number of bank-owned properties is certainly increased from this time last year.  Within the last several weeks alone, the number of HUD (Housing and Urban Development) foreclosure properties has doubled in … (8 comments)
