It's a great time to buy a home!

The interest rates are at an all time low, prices of homes are affordable, and you get money back for purchasing a home (if you qualify).
 
Who wouldn't want to buy now with incentives like these?
 
So you say you are waiting for the market to bottom out.  How will you know when that will happen?

Interview a real estate agent?  Why?  Aren't they all the same?
 
You are the employer and the real estate agent is your employee.  You are hiring the agent to help you with your real estate needs.
 
As an employer, would you hire an employee just by looking at their resume?  Of course not!  You would want to interview the person before making a decision.  Why would it be any different with a real estate agent?  Don't real estate agents work for you to take care of your real estate needs?

The end of 2008 is fast approaching.  As we look back into 2008, many events have occured.
 
-  We see that fuel prices hit an all time high over the summer and now are hitting lows in numerous years as this year comes to an end.
