The horse community in the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania received sad news about a famous local horseperson and his wife.
Monday evening, tragedy struck a local natural horsemanship trainer and owner of Willow Brook Farm, Peter Fuller.
Peter, and his wife Joan, were driving Route 1 in California when a car, passing a bus, hit them head on, killing Joan and seriously injuring Peter. Peter suffered serious head injuries and is currently in a coma.

Warning: There is a rental scam occurring in the Lehigh Valley involving Craigslist.
What is happening is sale homes are being listed on Craigslist as rentals and are asking for one month's rent and one month's security deposit for these homes. They are led to believe NAR is a functioning intermediary. It is instructed to sent the money via Western Union to NAR's purported agent. The National Association of REALTORS is in no way involved in this.

The Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania now has an all volunteer organization that helps low-income pet owners. And it all started out as a Girl Scout project.
Yesterday a ribbon cutting ceremony occurred iin Bethlehem at the Northampton Community College's Fowler Family Southside Center. It was for the Animal Food Bank of the Lehigh Valley.
Four years ago, a 19 year old girl scout came up with the idea for a project of accepting donations of pet food for people who frequented the soup kitchen at Bethlehem church. Originally it was to be a temporary project. Instead it grew.
