tack swap: Get Ready For The Annual Tack Swap in Northampton County, PA - 02/03/12 08:43 AM
Here it is the beginning of February and the Ground Hog predicted another 6 weeks of winter. You are itching for spring so that you can begin riding your horse again.
While waiting for spring, this would be a great time to go through all of your horse stuff and tack that you have collected and sort through it. Take inventory and see what you have too many of and what items you actually do need for your horse or you.

On Sunday, November 20th. 2011, Windsor Castle Farm will be holding a Tack Swap from 10:00AM until 4:00PM. This is a great time to Christmas shop for that horsey person in your life. Or, if you have an item or items you no longer need, get some extra cash for the holiday shopping.
(For those of you that do not know what a tack swap is, it is a horsey yard sale. Any item pertaining to horses can be found here, used or new.)
Windsor Castle Farm is located at 1428 Windsor Castle Road in Hamburg, Berks County. PA.

tack swap: Poop to Benefit For Pocono Animal Rescue - 09/22/11 02:01 PM
In conjunction with the Fall Tack Swap in the Poconos, a Cow Flop Bingo will be held, which should be loads (no pun intended) of fun.
The poop is for a good cause. It will benefit the Pocono Animal Rescue.
Come on out on October 15th, 2011 for some good old fashioned fun, shopping at the tack swap and flea market (you may find some good deals), and food. Hope to see you there!

tack swap: Northampton County Tack Swap 2010 - 04/16/10 07:51 AM
The annual Northampton County 4H Tack Swap will be held this Saturday, April 17th, 2010 from 11AM until 2PM. It will be held at the Northampton County 4H Center in Bushkill Twp. in Pennsylvania.
This is a great place to find bargains on horse "stuff".
For those of you that do not know what a "tack sale" is, in simple terms, it is a horsey yard sale. Many different horse items will be sold here at good prices. If your child needs new riding boots, this is the place to look for it.
