 Dear Children,
  It has come to my attention that many of you are upset that folks are removing my name from the season.  Maybe you've forgotten that I wasn't actually born during this time of the year, and that it was some of your predecessors who decided to celebrate my birthday on what was actually a time of pagan festival, although I do appreciate being remembered, anytime.

I love my Flip Video Camera.  A professional videographer I am not, but this was a lot of fun to do and I am hopeful it will be a blessing to you... notice there is not any snow like the rest of the country has.  I'm happier watching the snow fall on TV than shoveling it.

Back in August our very own beloved  Brad Andersohn wrote some enticing blogs on Flip Video cameras. 

Recently there have been some wonderful upgrades to the flip video program called flipshare.
One of my favorites is the "Greeting Cards".  It is so easy to send video greeting cards for holidays or birthdays or whatever!
I am working at honing my skills as a videographer and using this program but it is so easy to use and has lots of options to explore.

Traveling around this great country of ours has always been one of my favorite things to do.  Not the actual traveling but the sites and experiences along the way. 
Growing up in an Italian family (mom's side) I was exposed to Italian foods and ways of life, huggy kissy folks and hot tempers, Lasagna, spaghetti & meatballs and some great pastries, canoli's, pignoli cookies being my favorite.

Every state has it's own rules, actually various areas in a particular state can handle things differently according to their contracts.
Knowing your rights and responsibilities is vital!  The story's below!
I've practiced real estate in NY and now in Florida...the process is very different in both states!  Mainly the difference is that in NY the offer is written and then goes to the seller's attorney who writes a contract, normally within 2 weeks.  During that time period the buyer will have a home inspection and make a final decision based on the results.  There usually is no escrow turned over … (40 comments)
