Is this the moment when the water is the warmest and the sun kisses it in preparation for tomorrow's enjoyment?
That breath taking moment when time seems to stand still and we grasp for the last bit of sunlight before darkness overtakes us. We almost grieve as though the sun will not rise tomorrow, yet the tranquility of the moment is inescapable

My Reflections of my 51st Year on Earth, Yes it's my birthday - 07/29/09 09:12 PM
My 50th birthday was a fun day that ended quite amazingly. I was blogging and commenting as hard and fast as I could in an effort to make it to 50,000 points…it was impossible for me to reach on my own, so with the help of some fellow Rainers I was given the gift of 50,000 points. I WAS SOOOO EXCITED! It was very memorable and quite fun, Thanks again to everyone who participated.

Houses are starting to sell…Brain-gas…Let’s raise prices! - 07/21/09 09:29 PM
You’d think Realtors and associates would take a message from the recent past, but NOOOOO! I just received an email from a real estate advertising publication touting recovery sightings of the real estate market i.e. the inventory is declining therefore recovery is starting…HUH! Get a grip!!! Houses are starting to sell, foreclosed houses, priced right houses, short sales, NOT the overpriced ones! Get rid of the Brain-gas and don’t go jumping the gun with the mentality of Let’s raise prices now that there are buyers in the market again.

Is Overpricing in a Down Market Like Careless Baggage Handlers? - 07/09/09 10:00 PM
On June 10th my Mother In Law passed away, thankfully it was expected and long overdue as she had spent the last 13 years in a state of oblivion. The truly sad part was she was an amazingly talented woman, artistic, innovative and adored her children & grandchildren.
We all flew to NY for the funeral and spent precious time with family...on my side too! When the day came to return to Florida we boarded the plane at 6:15 pm destined for Orlando and arrived at our door step around midnight. I like to unpack right away to avoid the … (4 comments)
