No it's not "Wordless Wednesday" or "Speechless Sunday", its Rainbows in Ocala!  Dual rainbows but one so amazingly bright these pictures simply don't do it justice.  I saw my neighbor walking across my lawn...not a common occurance so my daughter went to see why...

Referring Customers, An Excellent Agent to Refer To! - 09/25/09 08:47 AM
Many times when sending off a customer referral to another agent it is like sending them to the deepest, darkest, most remote location where you'll never hear another word from them or the agent again.  Any agreement between agents often does not come to fruition either... So what is the point?
I want to tell you all about an agent whom I have worked with and found to be excellent and thorough, she took extremely good care of these customers and brought them to close through much hard work and diligence, and at times almost tears!

FORECLOSURE LISTS and how to find them - 09/15/09 06:37 AM
The one thing the media has portrayed somewhat accurately is that Florida has been hit hard with foreclosures... That is quite likely the only accurate statement they make.
When looking for lists of foreclosures there are many different sources and many different catches, some scams and some legit.  The goal is to acquire you "the buyer" as a customer and sell you a house, not simply to provide a list, so cooperate with that goal if you want to find some nice deals.  Many of the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) have a sorting button which allows us to choose bank owned foreclosed homes … (3 comments)
