Am I getting old?  Not any faster at least!  I love to watch the fresh falling snow and listen to the hush as the snow silences the world.  Snow flakes lightly tapping your coat with a haze of white, the trees hold out their hands to catch an accumulating snowball to later drop on an unsuspecting head.  Yes the snow is fun and pretty but I'll take the warmer weather any day and watch the snow on TV...less shoveling that way!

A Flower Blooms for Christmas - 12/26/09 11:12 PM

This beautiful sunflower started to open yesterday and is in full bloom today.  I just love it!  One of the birds that raided my vegetables during the summer must have dropped it.  I wonder if they'll come back when the seeds are ripe.  For now I'll just enjoy the beauty and share it with you.  Merry Christmas and may your business blossom throughout the year

Foreclosure Addendums = Mrs Doubtfire - 12/26/09 10:48 AM
Necessity being the mother of invention or at least variety and change has caused me to change my focus in real estate and taught me a lot about the foreclosure market. 
As Is Addendums:  This is where the bank covers themselves, and understandably so.  Remember in Mrs Doubtfire when the one nanny comes in and scolds the child with I don't do homework, windows, cook yadah yadah?  The reaction on the child's face was near terror.  The same expression occurs when handing the As Is Addendum for a bank foreclosure to a buyer who has just been notified that the bank has accepted … (4 comments)

This may sound a bit strange coming from a gal who lives in Florida, however it hasn't always been that way.  Long Island, New York had been my home for most of my life and I've had around 25-30 years of wintery driving experiences on both snow and ice.  That experience doesn't make me an expert but I think it allows me the privilege of sharing the knowledge that I do have.
