Working foreclosures is both beneficial and troubling at times.  One of my greatest concerns is the "You must be prequalified through bank "X" in order to present an offer.
Example:  Yesterday I presented an offer, full price, prequalified through a local bank, 20% down, great credit, but they had to be prequalified through the bank that holds the house.  The challenge arose when the buyer tried without success to connect with the referred loan officer at bank "X" which left the buyer in the lurch and other lesser offers were presented instead.

I love cucumbers!  Even more than that, I love to grow my own and eat the fruit of my labor, just something so rewarding about it. 
It is May you know, and having grown up in NY and lived there most of my adult life I've planted many a garden but never have I ever harvested cucumbers in May.  That is one of the coolest parts about living in Florida, I have 2 growing seasons, Late March - Early June & Late August - Early November.
