I recently read a study completed by ODU to see how potential buyers view real estate ads.
According to the study, 47 subjects that were in the market to purchase a home or had recently purchased, would view 10 property ads while in a chin rest. They studied ocular movement to determine what the subject looked as as well as how long they looked at it.
According to Michael Seiler, "Technology is a big deal in real estate. "People haven't thought about people he preliminary Internet screening, it is unlikely to ever be seen, and therefore seriously considered, in person." People … (10 comments)

ORLANDO, Fla. - June 16, 2010 - Some experts are saying that the next big real estate problem could be a shortage of homes.Only 672,000 new homes were started in April. That's less than half the number needed to meet the country's average population growth.In the past, an average of more than 1.3 million households have been built each year, creating demand for 1.5 million new homes.
