Kenneth D. Rosen, CCIM, spoke before FIU's Jerome Bain Real Estate Institute's real estate and finance class about his recently published book Investing in Income Properties. 

Rosen is a long time Coral Gables Realtor and Past President of the Miami Board of Realtors (RAMB).  He is  founder and president of Kendar Realty Inc. of Coral Gables, FL.

The speaker's panel consisted of moderator Ellen Kempler, Realtor, Ken Rosen and Realtor, Tony Derosa of WestVest Realty in Doral.  Mr. Derosa is an expert in industrial real estate.

Approximately 80 people were in attendance and Mr. Rosen spoke of his "bix six" formula for success, The presentation was followed by questions and answers.

FIU's Dr. Zhonghua Wu and Director of Real Estate Programs, Dr. William Hardin, were in attendance.
