I was happily enjoying the Washington Post's snarky write up of Sweden's Royal Wedding this morning, when suddenly I noticed that friends of mine had also read the Post recently,  "liking" and commenting on various articles. 
I know people in Washington?  Nope.  Just another example of Facebook's clever way of keeping you in touch with your friends, in such a way that you have stuff to talk about!  Sooo clever.  Check it out:-

facebook for real estate: Facebook Friend Requests - It should be flattering, I suppose..... - 04/11/10 07:07 PM
Over the past few months, as Facebook has taken a stronger position on "encouraging" folks to friend up, I have been getting an enormous number of friend requests, sometimes up to 37 a day.  If I were in High School, this would make me feel like the cool kid and I'd be thrilled.  As it is, I'm no celebrity, nor even an industry leader.  I'm befuddled.  And none too plussed.
You see, I was one of the early adapters promoting Facebook to all my real estate colleagues, took (and still take) the whole thing seriously.  I even taught Facebook for Real … (53 comments)
