trends: Popular Home Trends - Fall 2008 - what buyers are looking for. - 09/07/08 08:35 AM
Back in March, I posted a 2-part blog on 9 tips to compete with new construction. Part 1  and Part 2  (This was after studying the reports, comments and PR around the Home Builder’s Show in Florida.)

Yesterday, my husband shared an article from ‘The Bottom Line’, where they had interviewed Kermit Baker – the chief economist for the American Institute of Architects. Once a Manhattan realtor, I have bought and sold 12 homes in 19 years in 4 countries. That, and 7 years of staging homes for sale in New Jersey adds up to a lot of experience.
