Young professionals with families often face a difficult decision. How do they balance their work and career advancement goals with family time? Many of the individuals in this situation try and spend as much "quality" time with their children as possible. They try and do activities on the weekend and evenings which are child friendly. While it is wonderful that parents do this, it is sometimes a challenge for parents to find events that don't center solely on children. Many establishments are recognizing the need for a mixture of adult and child entertainment where both groups feel that they have an enjoyable experience. (0 comments)

Restaurants are the pulse of many cities. Where do we go when we have had a long day at the office and don't have the time or desire to cook? Where do you take that new special someone on a first date or a momentous occasion? Where is hospitality and personal service still alive and kicking? D.C. is full of dining establishments that allow individuals to connect to each other around a shared passion.
