Nothing ever took off and so we kind of forgot about it. I brought it up at a few office meetings and no one seemed too interested so here I am blogging and not really understanding what it's all about. Activerain has been a great find because I'm able to look at other posts and learn from them. Until then forgive me if I seem like I don't know what I'm doing. I'll just continue to watch and listen and learn.

Contrary to what we're hearing in the media and reading in every newspaper, some markets are still strong. Last week alone I was involved in 3 deals with multiple offers. I was representing the seller in one of the deals who couldn't believe the property had only been listed one day and more than one offer. In some prices we actually have a shortage of listings. The hardest thing has been convincing sellers and buyers that what they're hearing and reading isn't happening in our market.
