For Sale by Owners Have Options

                                      "For Sale By Owner"

List Your Home On The MLS!

MLS... "The Insider's Scoop"

The Multiple Listing Service is the most powerful marketing tool ever created to sell real estate.

It's Time Tested & Proven!

FACT: Today more than 80% of all homes are sold as a direct result of the systems enormous targeted exposure.

FACT: 50% of Home Sellers first try to sell their homes on their own.

FACT: Only 16% of all home sales are completed For Sale By Owner.

FACT: 4 out of 5 homes sell through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)

FACT: Homes listed on the MLS average net proceeds of 7% higher than homes For Sale By Owner without MLS.

FACT: Less than 95% of Listing Agents actually sell the property that they list

What Is The MLS & What Can It Do For Me?

The "MLS" is an extensive database of information on real estate properties listed by Realtors®. MLS is a tool available exclusively to the 1,000,000 members of the National Association of Realtors®.

For example, in the State of Florida, there are 82,000 members of the Florida Association of Realtors® and the 12,000 plus real estate companies that make up the local "MLS" boards in Florida.

The Multiple Listing Service provides the biggest marketing advantage in selling houses. When a potential buyer contacts a Realtor® regarding a home purchase, the agent will search the "MLS" for properties meeting their criteria. This kind of exposure is not available anywhere else...

Now you don't have to pay full commission ever again to list your home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). You can list your home on the MLS and still sell your property "For Sale By Owner". The MLS is an extensive database of information. It is through the MLS that most residential real estate deals are brought together.

Realtors® have agreed to exchange information about properties for sale in order to help sell homes for the best price possible, in the least amount of time. They pay an annual fee to the Realtors' association for the right to publish information about your home in the MLS computer systems and agree that their sellers will pay a commission to any licensed real estate agent that brings the buyer for their home.

Jill's Tips For Making More Money In Real Estate

1. GET SERIOUS

Start looking at real estate as a business! You're in business for yourself. You are the reason you're successful. Start running your career the same way any successful business person runs their business.

Jill's tips for making more money in real estate today

2. MAXIMIZE YOUR INCOME

The most basic essential of success is working in a system that pays you the most money. Ask your company for a 100% contract. If they won't give it to you, call me. I will.

3. REDUCE YOUR EXPENSES

That could mean everything and anything from co-op advertising and marketing plans, to affiliating with a company that doesn't make you pay for other agents' waste. Fee for service is the only way to protect yourself from this costly mistake.

4. MARKET YOURSELF MORE EFFECTIVELY

The 80/20 rule is changing! Now, 10% of all the agents in the business are controlling the vast majority of the market. These agents all have one thing in common: They know how to promote themselves. This is a trend that is not going to go away.

5. ELIMINATE DISTRACTIONS

If you're working in one of those offices that is constantly hindering your time with unnecessary functions, meetings, and activities, you're costing yourself a fortune in wasted time.

6. GET A BUDGET

The first thing to decide when you sit down to write out your budget is how much money you're willing to spend on company affiliation. Remember when you pay a percentage of your commissions to affiliate with a company, the better you are, the more you're going to pay. Do what's good for business.

We are now interviewing agents give us a call 973-809-4362
