Foreclosures Slowly Creeping back on Market - 07/15/11 09:23 PM
Sales of previously owned U.S. homes hit a six-month low in May according to Reuters in many home markets.

( This is my home inspector after hearing a the news about home sales)
We are slowly starting to see more foreclosures back on the market as the banks are releasing the homes to the market at as steady pace and trying to
be careful as to not flood the market
with foreclosures.
 
I just closed another foreclosure in
