Hey - Anyone need some assistance with buyers or sellers in these Hot Areas?

Hi there - well I guess my next step would be to post a blob for networking so we can all get some referrals passing back and forth.

Feel free to send me your referrals for hte Harrisburg Pa area and tell me where you are from and what kind of clients/referrals you are looking for.

Just and FYI on my local area;

We have appoximately 40% of the market in aour area that are relocation clients/buyers/sellers so there is a good chance we all could benefit from sending each other referrals.

Any thoughts from anyone out there? Can we do more? Where do we go to get these referrals? What is needed to get in front of these people? How does the referral market really work?

Well since I am originally from New Zealand I thought I should probably tell you all a little bit about myself.

If and when you talk to me you would soon find out that I have a slight english accent so it is a dead giveaway! Actually most people think I am from Australia - except those who have visited both countries - they are quick to tell me 'you're from New Zealand aren't you...'

Anyhow, I was born in Wellington and raised mostly in a little town called Whangarei (wong-a-ray) and spent most of my adult life in the capital city; Auckland (awk-land).

After gaining my apprentiship as an Automotive Engineer I went into business for myself and built several companies in the service industry.

I then met Maggie, my wife, got married and decided to move back to New Cumberland/Mechanicsburg area where her family is from. Maggie went to Mechanicsburg High and graduated Dickenson. Her parents are both from Chambersburg and grandparents too!
