Happy Father's Day To All You Fathers!!

I have a magnet on my refridgerator that says...Anyone can be a Father, it takes someone
special to be a Daddy!  Tis true, tis true!

I have a lot of special Daddys in my life.......

My dad has always been there for me. He just told me the other day he was proud of me!
He is supportive and caring. I am thankful he lives near me and we can get together alot.
I love you Dad!

Salmon Fishing has been banned until further notice here in Brookings,
Oregon...but that doesn't mean you can't still fish for bottom fish, such
as Ling Cod, Greenlings, Rock Fish, and others. You just might not want
to do it the way my son does!!




My son Daniel has always gone to extremes in everything he does! Be it
snowboarding, surfing, hiking, hunting, he's living life to it's fullest! His
latest hobby is free diving and spear fishing. This crazy kid of mine can

Portugal2 When I posted A Journey to Portugal on a Cruise Ship, Mirela had asked me if I would consider
doing a part 2 with more pictures. "Of course", I said, but I have been trying to keep a handle
on my real estate marketing and client base, ( excuses excuses!) so it has been awhile in 
posting this blog. I apologize Mirela for taking so long.

City of Brookings, Airport, Marina Heights, North Bank Chetco River, Harbor, Whinchuck,
South Bank Chetco River, Carpenterville, Cape Ferrello and Whaleshead.

The average sales price was $306,063 and the average days on market was 256.
The sales price versus listing price average was 93.69%.

There are 324 active residential home listings in these same neighborhoods and the
average list price is $434,520.
