Many veteran realtors have told me that open houses are a waste of time and I have heard others say that they are not even offering open house programs to their sellers. I want to share my thoughts and experiences with other new and old realtors. As a rookie myself, I have held several open houses over the course of the year. Many of which, were other agents listings. What I have found is that open houses do work if you do them properly and choose your homes wisely.
