First Time Homebuyers, If you have been thinking about buying a home NOW is the time to take action. Interest Rates are still low and prices have rolled back in many areas approximately 6 years. Also, the $8000 tax credit will be expiring on December 1st, 2009. That means that you have to be closed and funds have to have been paid by December 1st, 2009.
