We all do it! Write up a this really great sales letter to send out to our leads or cold mailing! And we all have the same question. How do I improve the response to my direct mail? There are so many ways to improve response and most of them you already know! I recently was reading a article on recent survey done and found some really interesting information I think you all would like to know about! The following information is based on a survey conducted by Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey! The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate fell from 6.72% to 6.63% over the seven-day period ended Aug.3. The average 15-year fixed mortgage rae fell from 6.34% to 6.27%, the average rate for five-year Treasury - indexed hybrid adjustable rate mortgages declined from 6.35% to 6.27%, and the average rate for one-year Treasury-indexed ARMs decreased from 5.78% to 5.69%.
