How Many Homes Does One Need to be Happy? - 11/28/11 03:17 PM
How many times have you read an article about an athlete who lost everything after making millions in the pros? It is an all too rare occurence, and it is not about to go away any time soon because when athletes do not finish school and literally fall right into all that money they simply get stupid. Case in point is NBA star, Amare Stoudamire of the New York Knicks. I hate to do this to the guy, but somehow I just get the feeling he deserves it. It's kind of like the old saying, easy come, easy go. In this (0 comments)
Preparation is the Key to a Successful Short Sale Closing - 11/16/11 03:25 PM
Even though the short sale process has gone from a live human being to completely impersonal with the Equator online program it does not mean that you still cannot close your transaction. Something is terribly wrong in this world when a football program and it's supposed leaders of a well recognized and respected program come before children who are raped. Penn State and their leaders, including Joe Paterno, should be ashamed of themselves for not doing something about Jerry Sandusky's constant molestation of little boys on campus. How could you idly stand by and do nothing? How could you protect this vile, sick excuse for a human being? How could you walk by a shower, watch a boy being raped, and simply walk by? You are all guilty for these senseless, disgusting acts (2 comments)
Pythons Wreaking Havoc in South Florida Everglades - 11/03/11 02:31 PM
As if the Everglades of South Florida did not have enough problems trying to sustain it's wildlife habitat another problem presents itself in the form snakes. Yeah, of course there are snakes in South Florida, but pythons are not indigenous to the area. This probably all started out with a few boneheaded pet owners releasing their pythons in the wilds of the Everglades when they either got sick of them or they got too big. Perhaps they thought they were doing the right thing by the snake? Hey, I'm all for freedom for all animals, but these snakes belong in their (0 comments)
