Here we go with the dot coms of real estate espousing their expertise, customer satisfaction, and abundance of savings in commission. I checked on one of my favorites; owners.com offers a listing complete with MLS and three websites for $395. for six months.

If new construction is a sign of better things to come for the South Florida housing recovery then we need more of it. Outside of condos very little new construction is underway in Dade and Broward counties. One look at the Miami skyline and it is dotted with cranes as new condos are going up like doves at a peace rally. It is a sign of the times. Condos are in demand, and foreign buyers are willing to invest in them.

In the wrong way!!! I recently fought tooth and nail for a listing from the Gods and was fortunate enough to win out. I knew immediately upon entry that I had to have it because it was going to be priced right, was in a fantastic neighborhood, and was a traditional sale. Who could ask for anything more?
