Recently I was involved in what I thought was a Short Sale. I had the buyer the seller/home was listed with another agent from another company. The listing agent told me it was short sale and we had to close the transaction at the end of the month. My buyers have cash so no loan to worry about.

Best Week in Over A Year - 06/18/09 10:27 PM
Last week June 8th thru June 15th was the best week our company has had in over a year. In that 7 day period we put 11 properties under contract and listed another 18. Bear in mind that this is a town where in the last year no more than 50 homes have closed in any one month. For example for the entire City and County of Montrose Colorado just 37 homes sold.

I recently bought a flip video camerathis is one the greatest things invented in recent times in my opinion. From now on every piece of real estate I have listed I will video tape and place online with this simple to use camera.
It is the size of a cell phone just put it in your pocket. Plug it into your computer using the built in USB connection and it automatically downloads the videos you have taken into your computer. You can then automatically edit the video and set it to music.
