Written Goals..The Power of Being Positive - 12/31/09 11:02 AM
As I reflect on this past year and look forward to the start of the new one I feel like the glass is half full. Then I have always believed in the glass is half full theory. 2009 was a better year for me than 2008 and I expect 2010 to be better than this year. Although in 09 I did not quite make my written goals that I set myself at the start of the year I was close. My written goals for 2010 are higher than 09 and I know I can achieve the new goal even though I believe (6 comments)

Montrose Colorado November 2009 Sales Numbers. There was a big jump in Home Sales last Month as compared to the same month in 08. Here are the numbers in comparision for the last 3 years. This is the second time in the last 3 months that the number of sales in a month has exceeded the number for the corresponding month a year ago. Maybe the bottom of the market here in Montrose Colorado has been reached.
