Montrose Colorado Real Estate Numbers for all of 2011. On this page you will see the Number of sales for the last 6 years 2006 thru the end of 2011 for Residential Homes, Vacant Land and Commercial. In the top right corner of page 1 you will see that the number of homes sold in the Montrose Area in 2011 increased to 428 homes sold, that's up over 2009 and 2010 ...You will also notice that the number of Bank Owned homes that sold also increased almost two fold over 2010.
