I have a different character with an REO property. Amazing it is taking longer to close than the last short sale.  Has anyone seen a seller going MIA?  I have emailed, phoned, and no response from anyone.  Title company can't seem to clear title, sellers are stuck on underwriting requirements and don't seem to get it.  Either the get the repairs done or the buyer can't get the loan.  Originally buyer was going to pay, but now they have had to pay to extend the lock.  Just insain.  Great buyers, they have been patience, but I fear their patience is running out and looking at a lower value.
