Very close to Evergreen Hospitaland Redmond's office complexes this neighborhood is an Eastside commuters heaven. Just minutes away from the freeway, it's an easy drive north or south along I-405. The neighborhood is quiet, and the homes show pride of homeownership. Most of the homes have cedar shake roofs, making for great community continuity. Winchester Hills a great place to come home to.
