Wallace River Estates, Gold Bar's newest residential development is progressing quite rapidly. There are currently 9 homes being constructed with 3 more on the planning books starting real soon. This development offers many features not found in homes of this price range.

MD Moon Construction is taking great pains to upgrade much of the electrical and electrical fixtures in their properties. Things like brushed aluminum chandeliers, and numerous canned lighting fixtures augment the 5 piece master bath rooms in their first 2 homes.
