Pre-License Tasks To Become Productive - 11/23/07 02:18 PM
I like to help people understand the process of getting a real estate license. I am not about recruiting but more into helping people make smart decisions. Should they do it and if so how do they get started quickly to make a decent living?
I used to say "Take your classes anyway that works for you just get it done so you can get started quicker."But I have come to the conclusion that is not right for most who enter the business, especially those who do not already have strong sales skills.

If you are looking for that special hideaway from your busy life that is only a few minutes away, I can not think of a better place than San Martino Winery located north of the City of Rockwall on Hwy 205.
They are open Thursday thru Sunday and if you are looking for a quiet time its yours to find inside by the fireplace or outside on the patio and deck. Buy the glass or purchase a bottle, bring some food, shucks bring a freind or two and you will have a great time.

2007 Market Update - Mesquite Texas - 11/17/07 03:03 PM
October 2007
This is a tough year in Mesquite. Not as bad as many parts around the country but not as good as other areas around the north Texas region. In comparison with last months numbers the monthly sales numbers have moved into a strong negative bracket. Last month the Sales figure in Mesquite was -15% versus last years September, so October is still building on negative sales in a negative way.
The good news is hard to find but if you take a close look at listings you see the beginnings of hope for shrinking inventory. Also the average and median price is continuing to drop, good for … (3 comments)
