Sky Las Vegas is the only luxury high rise condominium directly on the Strip and operational. It is guard gated and 45 storied high with 409 luxury condos.

Gone are the $44.95 a night room specials that were so interesting as they were advertised over the multi-million dollar sales center for Trump Las Vegas. It was real shocking but not a surprise to learn this week that the Wall Street Journal said that Miami's inventory of available condos for sale is at least 57 months. With all of the media slamming Miami and Las Vegas in the same article lately you would think these two cities are idential when it comes to real estate. Not even close.
