Just in case you did not know, the real estate market is heading back up. At least that is the case for the Number two marketplace of Denver, Colorado. Inventory is down and more home buyers are getting off the sidelines and back into the hunt. In most price ranges there are more buyers than inventory and the simple rules of supply and demand dictate those multiple offer situations we are seeing will continue to increase.
