So I listed and marketed the home to bring a quick offer to the seller. They accept and we are under contract. One of the things that I do now is provide the seller with a list of pre-inspection items that they need to check prior to the buyers inspection. Why give them this list? Because all the items here are frequently noted during home inspections.
