Home Inspection is not for the faint of heart!
In my expeirence almost every time I find something to report someone disagrees!  Well I have come to expect that.  If we could take the emotion out of a Real Estate transaction it would be an easier profession to be sure but it would also become very dull.
I have found that the best way to avoid unnecessary time and agravation is to be sure that all involved have realistic expectations.  The seller may have to fix a few things in that perfect home in order to move the transaction along and … (10 comments)
