The real estate market has experienced its own dose of lows and with the rising gas prices, the real estate experts foretell its negative effects on the agents. The soaring price of gasoline is hindering many buyers in deciding whether to buy a particular property or not. This is because gas mileage is always a consideration on the part of the buyers. They also consider the proximity of the house for sale to their jobs and to other important structures such as the market, church, hospital, restaurant, and school.
