Well, it is official.  The Tax Credits have been expired for about 4 days now.  I don't know about you, but I'm still alive and breathing.
Many feel the market will slow down...well, I think that the real question is, will you?  Now is the time to double up on Lead Generation efforts, and work harder than you've ever worked before.  With competition comes improved skills, right?
One of the best things we can do right now, is go through our inventories, and really look at which homes are ready to go, and which homes need price adjustments.  If your listing … (0 comments)
