Las Vegas Real Estate - It's Definitely A Buyer's Market - 01/24/08 04:34 PM

Have you ever been guilty of falling into the unfortunate predicament where you "Bought High" ... and "Sold Low"? Yep - me too. It wasn't what I set out to do ... but my timing was all wrong. Let's just say, I learned from my experience!
Presently, I keep hearing people say that they want to "hold off" on buying for a little while. Really??? Why??? The truth of the matter is that we truly are in the BEST TIME TO BUY that we've seen in years. Prices have come down dramatically and the rates just dropped again on Tuesday. You can … (0 comments)
