Wow what a time we are in.

Seems like just about everyone has some type of story or some type of situation that has a financial impact on their Mortgage.

Over the last 18 Months or so, we have dealt with Distressed Home Sales, Foreclosures, and the mostly dreaded Short Sale.  Each one of these types of Properties have their own dynamics.

Albeit similar to the "Professional" Realtor, each situation is unique, complex and individually different.

I could blog on this for days, but there are a lot of people doing that with good information and bad.

With that being said, I think it is important to help folks clear the air on what to do if you find yourself moving towards the reality of having a Distressed Home Sale, find yourself moving towards Foreclosure or a Short Sale.
