I need opinions/thoughts re: how a gas station would effect property values - 06/07/07 09:53 PM
I Have a past client who is living in a newer subdivision in which one of the front entrance ways to the subdivision had not been built on yet. Well now the builder sold that land to the village who in turn sold it to a gentleman who plans on building a car wash/gas station there. Some of the houses do back up to and face this open lot. Also, this subdivision is in a secluded area where 2 main roads cross. But it is a nice quiet area which is what attracted folks to the neighborhood. So I would like opinions from you all (5 comments)
