Do you blog for points or profit?
When I first started I knew what I wanted to get out of AR. LEADS- I was in this strictly for the money. $$$
Organic leads that what I wanted and blogging is the best way to get them so I heard. 
I hired a PR company to assist last year.  That didn't work out.  I was going to have someone else write for me, effectivly creating me on the web. 
Show me the money google...                            
Many people find having a featured spot for a city or county as the goal, I did! 
More exposure equals more leads.

Levitt and Sons could receive as much as $10 million from Wachovia to continue operating on a limited basis for up to 23 months.  In an article written by Sun-Sentinel writer Paul Owers Levitt and Sons will "complete and sell between 80 - 350 homes".  A rather large range for only $0 million I might add.
In any case what will happen to Seasons At Tradition?
Time will tell...

Hilton coming to Tradition - - 12/22/07 02:53 PM
Port Saint Lucie- Core Communities landed another great deal this week.  Homewood by Hilton will build a 111- suites in the Florida Center for Innovation at Tradition.  In addition two restaurants will be adjacent to the site.  In total the research park is 120- acre located south of Tradition blvd and West of I-95.

LUCIE - Port St. Lucie City Council members are being told by the Economic Development Council to set aside time Jan. 8 for an announcement.  The Economic Development Council of St. Lucie County has moved its monthly luncheon meeting to Tradition Town Hall.  They expect a large audience for an announcement.
The rumbling is that the Valencia, Calif.-based Alfred E. Mann Foundation, a biotechnology research foundation, is going to follow the eastern arch of Mann Research Center to Port St. Lucie.

Americans who lose their home to foreclosure or bankruptcy no longer have to pay income taxes on any debt forgiven by the bank. A bill signed by President Bush on 12/20/2007 voids the IRS practice of considering the bank's write-off on the loan a taxable form of income for the family that already lost a home.

Portability will allow Florida homestead owners to transfer all or some of their accumulated SAVE OR HOME (SOH) benefit to a new Florida home within two years.
The accumulated SOH benefit is difference between the just or market value and the assessed value of the homestead.
The "plan" is to have the same percentage of assessed value to just value as the previus homestead home before.
