A study conducted by Hank Fishkind of Fishkind & Associates, an economic research and consulting firm said he expects the month of October will prove to be bottom of the downward cycle in real estate sales.
In Saint Lucie county he expects sales to rise slightly from 1143 to 1315. He continues to say that Saint Lucie County will rebound faster than other counties because of the faster rate of new businesses opening. The biotech hub in Tradition is just the place to stimulate home sales.

State Sen. Ken Pruitt says the region is on a fast pace sprint to sign up companies for its biotech hub located in Tradition. It's going to take about ten years to build what took 60 years to create in North Carolina.

Core Communities annonced another biotech company Oregon Health & Science University's Vaccine and Gene Therapy Institute will be located at the Florida Center for Innovation at Tradition at the last Economic Development Council of Saint Lucie County meeting last week.
$53million from developers will pay for infrastructure, roads and water was reported in the Port saint Lucie News on January 11th, 2008.

In a news conference Deanna Favre announced she will be the starting QB for the Packers this coming Sunday.
Turns out she is qualified to as a starting QB because she has been married to Brett the QB for the Green Bay Packers of 16 years.
Her understanding of the game, how to pick up a corner blitz and knows the Packers offense.
A poll of Packers fans shows that 50% of those polled supported the move.

My New Year's Resolution is to take some weight off. I weight 218 lbs and I'm 6'3" no I'm not fat. I mean mortgage weight.
Your resolution should be the same. Specially if you have an interest only or adjustable rate mortgage. Why not pay down the principal balance a little more. Take a little weight off.

It's 6:30am on January 3rd, 2008, the wind is howling and the tree leaves whistling. It sounds like a nor-easter! Wait I live in South Florida. The heat is on in the house not AC. Temperature inside a cool 70 degrees, outside an unbearable 35 degrees, I can't imagine with a wind chill. I had to put on shoes and a coat just to go get the newspaper.
Can someone send mea cup of hot coco and an electric blanket?

Many Florida builders and developers understand the demand that Florida will bring as the population of baby boomer's retire. Florida was hit very hard with the real estate market adjusting along with the tax issues and the insurance rates from the hurricanes. This caused an inventory that could last for years.
