WASHINGTON - April 25, 2008 - When the National Association of Realtors®' Multiple Listing Issues & Policies Committee meets in May, members will discuss a standard definition of "short sale." The discussion stems from disagreements within the industry with regard to when properties can be labeled as short sales, and how to disclose them in the Multiple Listing Service. Committee Chair Colleen Badagliaccosays that most MLSs allow Realtors to disclose real estate-owned properties, and whether sales are "subject to lender approval" or "subject to court confirmation." Before you read this article, I want to remind you the reason to use a buyers broker, it is to have someone represent "you" in a transaction. It is often the case that the seller will cover most or all of the buyer brokers fees. In The Hunt's case even if they paid the agent they might have been informed property. A no lose situation for the educated consumer. I work, live and play right here in Tradition. Preventing situations like this is the reason I got into the business. But my line of work is in petroleum for about 31 years now, so here are some tricks to get more of your money's worth for every gallon.. Here at the Kinder Morgan Pipeline where I work in San Jose, CA we deliver about 4 million gallons in a 24-hour period thru the pipeline.
