Positive, stay positive, think positive, be positive the world of short sales can drag you down, only if you let it. Hearing "no" send it again! Files will be closed in 24 hours if the file isn't complete! We don't have authorization to speak to you, I can't answer that! See you are already putting negative thoughts in your head. STOP! Take a deep breath! I used to run hurdles in high school and college. I looked at every hurdle as an opportunity to get ahead not fall behind.
