People have told me to stay away from short sales and not to bother with them as a buyer's agent. Well, I've never been one to take advice without trying it first for myself. It's a wonder I've made it this far in life with that attitude, but more times than not my attempts to try the unattemptable pays off.

Just a year ago, I was teaching junior high PE and coaching football, wrestling, and basketball.
