My listing hasn't sold in 90 days. We have had a number of agents (on tour) that said it was immaculate and priced well, but not a whole lot of showings. "Price Reduction" signs are showing up all over the place and I question the ability of a price reduction sign to SELL a property. Price reductions do not seem to make much of a difference in marketing a property. The actual price reduction helps sell the property, but marketing a price reduction...

So, a listing I have had for 90 days is not selling. We have lowered the price twice, I market it as well as I know how and it is in outstanding condition. It seems to be priced on the low end for similiar properties in the same area and we just can't get showings. We did have an offer, far below...
